We currently offer 12+ classes per week with more classes being added to the schedule as the training group expands.
While you can expect a lot of variety in the different classes, they all serve the same purpose of getting our members in the shape of their lives.
Strength Training
The purpose of the strength sessions is to build a solid foundation of strength and technique that members can utilize in other settings.
The training is centered around big lifts, including both classic strength lifts and variations of olympic lifts.
Accessory exercises ensure balanced sessions aimed also at reducing injury risk and increasing mobility.
In order to learn the movements correctly from the start - and at the same time reduce the risk of injury - we are particularly concerned with working for quality and placing technique and form over intensity.
Conditioning
The purpose of the conditioning classes is to build your engine.
The training is centered around running in combination with various bodyweight movements such as air squats and burpees - and equipment such as weight vests, skipping ropes, slam balls, etc.
The conditioning workouts often have a competitive aspect, motivating members to push themselves and adding fun.
Workout
The purpose of the workouts is to develop the ability to combine functional strength and conditioning.
The format is varied. Centered around working external weights in the context of being short of breath, we go through the aspects of strategy, pacing and team work - while always enforcing technical practice.
We often utilize functional variations of olympic lifts, requiring our members to combine strength, conditioning, and coordination capacity.
The workouts are hard and diverse - the one thing to be certain of is that you will have your work ethics and grit put to the test.
